With typical flair and determination, the Jamaica U21 team qualified for their 6th Netball Youth World Cup in the Guadeloupe qualifiers in June 2024 winning all their games at the tournament. Under the experienced guidance of Coach Annett Daley, the young team is eager to make a strong impression at the tournament and restore the Jamaican legacy of a top five finish in World Tournaments.

Dedication, hard work and passion are a few of the hallmarks of the future Sunshine Girls.

Jamaica have achieved a podium finish in two previous Netball Youth World Cups, achieving a silver medal at the 2000 NYWC in Cardiff Wales and a Bronze medal at the 2013 games in Glasgow, Scotland.
