Singapore is a lively and charming city-state in Southeast Asia where modern life blends seamlessly with rich cultural traditions. From strolling through colourful neighbourhoods like Little India, Chinatown and Joo Chiat, to enjoying delicious local dishes at bustling hawker centres, there’s always something interesting to explore. The Singapore U21 team has taken part in previous editions of the NWYC since 2009. The U21 team been consistently performing well in the Asian Youth Netball Championships. In 2023, Singapore narrowly missed out on the championship title in the finals. Despite the loss, the team expressed pride in their performance throughout the tournament.
The Singapore U21 Team is mostly made up of the same players that took part in the U21 Fiji Rising Stars Tour last year, where they played against teams from Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. The U21 team has had some international exposure to different playing styles and high level competition through participating in international tours and competitions.
