1. Pre-Event Sales and Collection
• All items purchased through this website are pre-event sales.
• Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase.
• Merchandise can be collected in person during the official event dates:
15th to 26th September 2025.
• Collection will take place at the NWYC 2025 Merchandise Store, located at:
Tercentenary Sports Complex, Gibraltar.
• Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with collection instructions and your collection reference.

2. Delivery & Postage
• If you cannot collect in person, delivery will begin from October 2025, after the event concludes.
• Postage and courier fees are not included at this stage.
• Further details regarding delivery options, costs, and timelines will be shared via email closer to the dispatch period.
• Customers will be required to confirm their shipping details at that time.

3. Returns & Exchanges
• Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is faulty or damaged.
• No exchanges will be made for size errors or change of mind.
• Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order (for delivered items), or during the event period (for in-person collection).
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Product Availability
• All items are subject to availability.
• If a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Payment
• Payment is accepted through the secure checkout on this website.
• Prices are shown in Gibraltar Pounds (GIP) and include applicable taxes.
